Corgi, Cheese!

Four baskets. One hungry corgi.

Game B in play: Sherlock the corgi leaps toward falling cheese wedges between four wicker baskets. The LCD shows mode B and a score of 82.

A pocket handheld, reimagined for iPhone

Meet Sherlock, a cheese-loving corgi with one job: catch every wedge that tumbles out of four baskets before it hits the floor. Corgi, Cheese! captures the feel of a classic LCD handheld game, with crisp step-by-step movement, a seven-segment score and electronic beeps, in an original illustrated world.

How to play

  1. Choose Game A or Game B.
  2. Use the four directional buttons, two on each side of the screen, to move Sherlock to one of the four baskets.
  3. Cheese steps down from the baskets. Be in the right spot to catch each wedge before it falls.
  4. Every catch scores a point, and the pace picks up as your score climbs.
  5. A missed wedge costs a penalty. Three penalties end the game, but reaching 200 and 500 points clears them.
  6. Tap PAUSE to pause or resume, and the gear button to turn haptics on or off.

Two ways to play

Game A

Three baskets are active at a time. After a miss, the inactive basket changes, so you always have to keep an eye on which three are in play.

Game B

All four baskets are active. Faster decisions, more cheese in the air, and nowhere to rest.

Meet Sherlock and Matisse

Sherlock the tricolor corgi catching a cheese wedge in his mouth.

Sherlock

A tricolor Pembroke Welsh Corgi with boundless enthusiasm and a single-minded love of cheese. Wherever a wedge is about to land, Sherlock wants to be there.

Matisse the Maine Coon cat perched on the shelf above the baskets.

Matisse

A mischievous Maine Coon who appears on the shelf from time to time. While Matisse is visible, a miss costs only half a penalty, so a well-timed visit can save your game.
